To send and receive export certificates electronically you can access eCert using :
1. eCert Web - register, send and receive your certificates online.
2. eCert Direct - use and Accredited Software Vendor who has integrated directly to eCert.
3. eCert Submit - send PDFs and Word documents generated from non integrated software vendors.
Generating and submitting documents to Authorised Bodies via this web site is free. Authorised Bodies set their own pricing for certifying the export documents you send them. You will need to approach your preferred body for their specific pricing of the certification service.
The Chamber of Commerce or Authorising Body must recognise your document via the published eCert interface. We encourage the use of eCert from Software vendors and people wanting to interface custom systems. A simple accreditation process is required by us to ensure you conform before you go live. Please see Software Vendors for more details.
eCert technology can electronically sign and stamp any documents, including Certificate of Origin, Commercial Invoice and Packing List, however your Authorised Body will let you know which documents they are able to process for you.
eCert "packages" the export documents in such a manner that the authorising body is then able to electronically stamp, sign and return the export documents as PDF attachments in email form directly back to you. There are two ways this information will get to them - either through this web site (either directly or via a link from an Authorised Body website), or as a result of the capability being integrated into your Software Solution.
No. Currently Thailand and the Middle Eastern Countries that are part of the Arab League do not accept eCert. We expect that your Authorising Body or Chamber of Commerce will act on your behalf to change this in due course.
Electronically stamped Certificates returned to the Exporter should be printed onto plain A4 paper using good quality colour inkjet or laser printers, which faithfully reproduce the received document.
Although a reverse side is not generally necessary, you can include one by re-running your Certificate of Origin through the printer in reverse on manual feed. Reverse sides will vary, so check with your Chamber for the correct one. Here are some you can use, but let us know if you need others:

Australia Arab Chamber of Commerce and Industry
All State Chambers in Australia and NZ have committed and we will advise specific availability soon. The list will be kept up to date. You can talk directly to your chamber to identify when they will be going live.
