The recent integration between our BSM Logistics Dashboard and VECCI via eCert has been a seamless process. We have a number of clients that are members of VECCI, so the opportunity to streamline the process of acquiring endorsed documents through eCertification appealed greatly to us.
Initial setup and integration has been pain free allowing us to roll out the service to our clients with ease; and have them processing documents in a matter of hours.
The ability to lodge and receive electronic documents to VECCI from the BSM Logistics Dashboard, has significantly reduced document turnaround times from the standard 1-3 days to a matter of hours. This in turn has also reduced costs for our clients through the elimination of postage and courier fees.
We at BSM believe it is vital that we simplify and improve export processes for our clients wherever possible, and this recent development from VECCI confirms their commitment to being progressive in E-commerce and has definitely made life easier for our clients as exporters.

The introduction of eCertification from VECCI and BSM Global has been a fantastic addition in functionality. The BSM Logistics Dashboard manages all facets of the Visy supply chain from forecasting, carrier bookings, cartage coordination and packing coordination and the information captured in these operational events forms our end resulting commercial documentation. Prior to eCertify, this shipment data would need to be re-entered into the VECCI site to create our Certificates of Origin. The turnaround on endorsed document delivery would then vary.
This duplication of tasks has been eliminated with eCert. Documents created by the BSM Logistics Dashboard can now be directly lodged with VECCI and returned in a matter of hours. This new function is well supported by both the BSM Logistics Dashboard and eCertify with timely notifications to know the status of your lodgement. In such a high volume and demanding environment, incremental time savings such as this greatly assist us in operating efficiently.
Both our customers and banks have also made a smooth transition to the new electronic format, with support from all involved.

BSM has worked smoothly and speedily with eCert and VECCI, so that the service has been implemented really well. As a user it is so much easier to have the documents available through BSM, rather than having to go to the VECCI website, re-enter the information and then wait for documents to be mailed out. The BSM Logistics Dashboard and VECCI have removed the cumbersome requirement for double handling of data previously required to obtain a Certificate of Origin. Very convenient.
