Creating Your Documents

eCert provides the ability to create one or more documents to submit to your Authorising Body against a consignment:

The following shows the Certificate of Origin, however you can choose others through (1), against the selected consignment.

Details including Exporter (2), Consignee (3) and Buyer (4) are passed across from the Consignment Master, but can be changed if required. Signature (7) is passed across from My Details.

The Authorising Body or Chamber specified in the Consignment Master will dictate what details and logos are presented in (5).

Product details can be entered line by line in (6). The line must be selected, edited, and saved using the popup menu to ensure the line is correctly captured.

Header and footer information will be saved at any point by pressing (9).

PREVIEW: The actual document should be previewed by selecting (8) to confirm actual layout is correct.

The Submit button will allow this and other documents relevant to the consignment to be submitted for certification.

NOTE: You may be prevented from previewing because of browser or pop-up blocker restrictions. You should allow pop-ups for *.ecertify.com.au. For example, if you have GOOGLE task bar installed, you need to allow pop-ups for this site. In Internet Explorer, you will find settings under Tools/Pop-up Blocker. In Firefox, you will find settigs under the Options/Content tab.
