Uploading Images to eCertify

Please note: uploaded images are size and type restricted. Maximum file size is 512k bytes, JPEG format.

Option 1 (easy)

Click HERE for the simplest way to upload your signature. Print and follow the instructions in the PDF.

Option 2 (harder)

If you have already obtained a copy of your signature, the following is an alternative way of uploading your signature or logo images:

1. Select START on your computer
2. Choose "All Programs / Accessories / Paint"
(Microsoft Paint is a basic drawing application which you can use to create these images with)

Saving Your Signature

The signature needs to be saved as a file of size 17 x 1.5 cm. To do this:

1. Select "Image / Attributes" from the menu.
Now enter in Width = 17 and Height = 1.5, and make sure that Units = 'Cm'

2. Either copy your signature in from a scanned document, or draw it in manually.
3. When you are happy with the result, Save the file temporarily to your Desktop, so you can Browse to it later.

Uploading Your Signature

Once you have saved your signature to your computer, you can upload it to the eCert website.

1. Make sure you are logged on
2. Select "My Details" from the "Account Details" section.
3. Choose "Browse" as shown below, and select your signature file.

4. Select SAVE on the "My Details" window.

Congratulations, you have successfully uploaded your signature!

Saving your Logo

Repeat the process noting the size for the logo is different.
The logo needs to be saved as a file of size 3 x 3 cm in Microsoft Paint.
