eCert is powered by the eCert Chamber platform designed and developed to provide Chambers of Commerce a seamless method for the receipt, review, stamping and return of certified documents in electronic format from any registered Exporter.
eCert Chamber implementation is simple – a Chamber can be up and running in a matter of days. eCert Chamber is integrated into and managed from Microsoft Outlook.
Importantly, eCertify has removed the financial barriers to entry that have traditionally prevented Chambers accessing Electronic Certificate of Origin technology – there are no development and maintenance costs!

Accredited Chambers of Commerce using eCert report greatly reduced certification processing times – it can take less than 60 seconds to electronically process a document set from your computer - resulting in significant time and administrative cost savings to both Chambers and their members. Exporters can receive responses to their requests within minutes/ hours rather than days.
The process is easy!
1. The Exporter can choose from three options for submission of export documents to the Chamber
2. Chamber reviews, accepts, applies the stamps and signatures and returns by email
3. Documents returned to the Exporter can be printed, if required
4. eCert Chamber provides all stamping, signing and recording of Certificates
