eCertify understands that exporting is a complex process that presents Exporters with many challenges.

Current practice sees Certificates of Origin mailed or couriered to the Chamber for stamping – an inefficient, error-prone and costly paperwork driven process for Exporters.

Fortunately, the next generation eCert technology – adopted by progressive Chambers of Commerce – offers Exporters a more complete solution to the challenges they experience when processing Certificates.

eCert provides Exporters and Freight Fowarders an easy to use and seamless system for the submission and receipt of Electronic Certificates of Origin – providing them with real value in cost savings and efficiency gains.

eCertify provides a range of submission options to help them comply with the eCert standard adopted by Chambers, reducing the time and cost taken to process compared to paper copies.

Register. Log on to eCert Web and register your company details with your preferred Chamber Submit. Choose from one of
the following three
options to submit
your export document to the Chamber Send. Click to send the
export document to the relevant authorising body Certify. Chamber reviews,
accepts, applies the stamps and signatures electronically and returns by email Receive. Certificate is returned directly to your inbox
and can be printed if required, or sent electronically to the importer
